Tumbling
This Program includes 3 Levels: Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced
Any given level may take up to one year to master. Placement is determined by age and ability. Your child will be developing strength, flexibility, physical endurance, skill and form. As they move to a higher level they will be required to obtain a certain level of core and upper body strength. This development will increase their potential for mastering basic gymnastics skills and improve their fitness overall. It is very important that students master the basic form for skills to help with obtaining the next level and reduce injury.
What is form? It’s the alignment of the entire body during a skill.
